Frankie Bridge, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker and Kimberley Walsh have all paid a visit to the four remaining Let It Shine bands to give them advice ahead of tonight’s live semi-final.
Visiting the bands in rehearsals, Frankie, Jay, Tom and Kimberley know all too well what it’s like to be in a successful band having been former members of The Saturdays, The Wanted and Girls Aloud. Here’s a first look at what happened when they met Drive, Nightfall, Iron Sun and Five To Five…
This weekend the bands will go head-to-head to impress judges Gary Barlow, Dannii Minogue and Martin Kemp as well as this week’s guest judge, former Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts!
The song choices have been confirmed and Drive will perform Girls on Film by Duran Duran, Nightfall will perform Without You by David Guetta and Usher, Iron Sun will perform Born This Way by Lady Gaga and Five To Five will be performing Tell Her About It by Billy Joel.
The four bands will also be performing with Take That themselves (Gary Barlow, Mark Owen & Howard Donald) as part of the show’s opening number.
In the results show the two bands with the lowest public votes will perform in the sing off. The two bands will then be disbanded and the boys will be judged as ten individuals. Gary, Dannii, Martin and Ashley will then decide which five boys will carry on as a band to next week’s grand finale of Let It Shine where Robbie Williams will be guest judge!
Let It Shine continues tonight at 6:55pm with the results show at 8:45pm on BBC One
