Could main suspect Leo be responsible?

to stay out of her way.

As Krista and Leo navigate their relationship issues, news reaches them that the body of someone they know has been found floating in the lake. But with Leo highly troubled and a

scratch on his knuckles, did he play a part in the death?

When the body is confirmed to belong to Sebastian, a crime scene is set up and as the police begin investigating his death, Leo is wary of letting on that he knew Seb was stull in town, not wanting anyone to know they had an altercation the night before.

But when Aaron reveals he saw him and Sebastian arguing, Leo insists he’s keeping it from the police because he doesn’t want them sticking their noses in his personal business.

Meanwhile, Krista and Fallon are conflicted by their grief for Sebastan. And when Fallon makes the cold point that Seb can’t hurt anyone anymore, her ambiguous words and extreme grief trouble Krista.

As homicide Detective Rafe Fox begins making routine enquiries about the death, Leo is first up. Aaron is nervous about Leo lying to the police about seeing the deceased on the night of the murder, but Leo believes it’s a harmless omission and urges Aaron to back him.

Reluctantly, Aaron agrees, but when the police find evidence of his late-night run by the lake on the night, he's backed into a corner and forced to be honest with the police. Confronting Leo for lying about his whereabouts on the night of the death, Detective Fox confirms he's a person of interest in the in a murder investigation.

As news spreads that Leo is the main suspect for the murder, Paul quickly arranges for a lawyer, who is on hand when Leo agrees to give a DNA sample. Noting with pain that Leo is lashing out at Krista, Paul reassures her that Leo still loves her and encourages her to stay the distance.
