Can Andrew get to him in time?

With Valentine’s Day approaching, Aaron is harboring regrets about his having turned down Rhee.
After some encouragement from Nicolette, a nervous Aaron decides to put himself out there and ask for another shot with him. However, when he confesses his feelings, Aaron is devastated to learn that Rhett has moved on.
When Holly encounters a woman from Queensland looking for Max, she begins to panic as this could this be someone Carter has sent to find Max.
Max is equally concerned, until it’s revealed the mystery woman is, in fact, his best friend Kasey, the woman roofied by Carter. As she squishes her paranoi/jealousy, things reach bubbling point with Holly warning Max that it’s not safe to have her around.
When Max asks Kasey to leave, Holly reassures him that she wasn’t here long enough for there to be any threat or danger. But when Max orders a whisky at the bar and moves off, we see a hand empty a white powder into his glass.
As Andrew, Aaron, Sadie, Holly, Max and Byron enjoy an evening of drinks and fun. Max, not having yet sipped his tampered-with whisky, is grossed out to see Sadie’s put a maraschino cherry in it, and happily allows Holly to take it off his hands.
Feeling chivalrous, Max takes Holly’s coat out to her in the beer garden to guard against the night chill, and a combination of Dutch courage and raw attraction leads to a charged moment between the pair.
As Holly leans in for a kiss, she's confused when Max withdraws and heads inside. Wounded by the rejection, Holly switches to waters, giving her untouched and unknowingly drugged drink to Aaron who drinks it, unaware of the danger he’s in.
In an aside with Sadie, Holly tries to determine why Max might’ve pulled away from her and Sadie thinks that whatever the reason, Holly’s upset is proof of her jealousy of Max’s relationship with Kasey.
As the night ends, Aaron is keen to kick on. Misinterpreting his odd behaviour as a put-on, the others head home, just as the drugs begin to have an effect on Aaron.
After a burger fix, Aaron encounters Clint and his uncharacteristically aggressive behaviour causes Clint to give him a wide berth.
The next day, still under the influence of the drug, Aaron wakes on the grass behind The Tram and narrowly avoids being hit by a car as he stumbles onto the road. Auto-pilot leads him back to his former home at Number Thirty-Two.
Disoriented and confused, he gravitates towards the spa. Half-clothed, he climbs in, quickly sliding towards sleep, submersion, and mortal danger.
As Aaron falls unconscious in the spa, Trevor enters the pool area and starts to bark. Coming to investigate, Andrew manages to pull Aaron from the water just in the nick of time.
Recovering in hospital, Aaron’s troubled by the fact that he can’t remember much of the evening before, even though he didn’t drink very much and is aghast when Andrew suggests his drink may have been drugged.
Meanwhile, Holly apologises to Max for the awkward encounter the night before. Sharing responsibility, Max tells her that he pulled away because he doesn’t want her getting dragged into his mess. But Max’s thoughnulness and care only makes it harder for Holly to step away.
When they hear what's happened, Holly and Max are rocked to the core and Max assumes this means the underworld family from Brisbane has found where he’s living and that the tainted drink was meant for him.
Scared, and unsure what to do next, Max divulges the whole story of what happened to Andrew.
Having been low-key suspicious of Max’s behaviour ever since he arrived, all the pieces fall into place for Andrew, who agrees to keep Max’s secret because he doesn’t want to be the reason Carter and his family have proof as to Max’s guilt.
But Andrew issues Max a firm warning to not go playing vigilante again.
