How will Marlon feel about his arrival?

Awoken in the night, Marlon sneaks to the kitchen to find April, who’s furious to realise that he still doesn’t trust her. But when his attempts to explain his actions only make April angrier, Marlon grapples with what to do next.
Later, secretly sneaking into the derelict squat, April has an emotional reunion with Dylan. However it’s not long before Marlon arrives and rushes to conclusions, walling up Dylan.
With tensions high at the squat, April is adamant that Marlon doesn’t understand what she went through. And when Dylan encourages April to go back with her dad, Marlon can’t help but be grateful. As April softens, Marlon is left hopeful and agrees to try and give her some space.
The next day, Marlon is shocked to find Dylan in the village. Springing to his defence, April reveals that she invited him as she tries to convince Dylan he belongs in a village like Emmerdale.
Whe Marlon arrives wanting a word, the pair bicker over what’s best for Dylan, with Marlon eventually caving and agreeing to speak to Rhona about letting Dylan stay the night.
