After Beth proves how much she loves him.
When Fiz and Tyrone pop home for a romantic lunch they find Hope there who’s skipped school. As Fiz steps towards her, Hope flinches and begs her not to hit her.
Stunned, both Fiz and Tyrone accuse Beth of slapping Hope and then lying about it. When a contrite Beth later hands her a letter for Hope, Fiz reads it and promised to pass it on.
As Kirk gives Beth the cold shoulder, on Maria's advice, Beth sets out to remind Kirk that she’s a good person underneath. As she shows him some mementos from their relationship and tells him how much she loves him, Kirk’s touched but asks for more time.
When Beth assures Kirk that she's chucked Marco’s letter away, they continue to row, but when it gets to the point of Kirk moving out, they realise it’s not what they want and agree to put their differences behind them.
Meanwhile, Sam and Hope agree that they're now boyfriend and girlfriend.
