Excited to find a Christmas gift, Grace is surprised to realise it was for Freddie from a mystery woman.
With a chemotherapy session booked for today, Mercedes reminisces on past McQueen Christmases as Jez offers to be Santa for the Christmas Casa launch. But whilst Theresa and Prince encourage her to come to Casa Christmas, Mercedes doesn't have it in her to go.
Heartbroken, Grace puts her feelings aside to encourage Mercedes to go to Casa McQueen and it’s all smiles as Mercedes turns up and spends quality time with her Marias. However, when Mercedes thanks Grace for her support with a Christmas card, Grace matches the handwriting to Freddie’s gift and realises her friend and husband have been growing close right under her nose!
Whilst having her chemotherapy treatment, Grace confronts Mercedes. Feeling betrayed by her friend, Grace realises Mercedes is falling in love with him and threatens her to stay away from Freddie or else.
Later, Grace demands to know who Freddie has been sleeping with behind her back, but he promises he won't leave her and swears he hasn't cheated on her... with Mercedes.
In the village, Freddie tells Mercedes the gift has got him thinking, but before he can say anymore Grace finds them both together. What will she do?
