Holly believes Felix is a changed man after Karl accuses him of theft in Neighbours

Is everyone else too quick to judge?

 19-25 OCTOBER

When JJ defends Felix in Harold’s, Remi suggests to Cara that JJ will one day want to get to know his biological father and suggests they change their approach when it comes to Felix.

With Cara reluctant, Remi doesn’t press and tells her to focus on her fertility test that evening.

Meanwhile, Karl catches Felix helping Holly with breathing exercises for her panic attacks and seems concerned. But she reassures Karl by telling him that things are going well with Felix.

Later that night, Holly suffers another panic attack and visits Felix at The Tram. As he successfully helps to calm her, he asks her to tell Karl about her issues. Whilst Holly remains reluctant, she tells Felix how she now believes he is a changed person.

The next morning, when JJ approaches Felix in Harold’s to thank him for not telling anyone he skipped school to be with Nell, it seems like their relationship is making progress too.

After agreeing to give Felix a chance, Cara goes along with Remi’s idea that she should get used to being in Felix’s company, starting with breakfast at The Tram the next day.

Initially, things go well, until they witness Karl accusing a shocked Felix of theft after discovering money has gone missing from The Tram.

Dismayed in the wake of Karl’s accusations, Felix vows he didn’t take the money from The Tram, and Andrew and Holly are emphatically in his corner. However Karl remains unconvinced and Felix’s dejection deepens when an outraged Remi vows to make this a police matter.

Felix fears this is a sign of what his life will be like forever now. Always judged by his past. But surprisingly it’s Cara whose niggling suspicions lead her to dig deeper.

As she proves Felix’s innocence, both Karl and Remi are quick to apologise to Felix for being so quick to judge. Eager to move forward, Felix is happy to accept a clean slate.
