With Jacob burning the candle at both ends, he suffers a panic attack at work and later as he drinks with Rich at the Hide, Belle and Laurel are left feeling concerned.
As things escalate, Rich is concerned for Jacob who continues to bury his pain. But when Sarah arrives to talk him down, Jacob dismisses her, telling her to stay away.
Upset by Jacob’s rejection, Sarah nervously looks at an unopened pregnancy test in her bag.
The next day, as the villagers prepare for the difficult day ahead, Sarah prepares to take a pregnancy test.
A little while later, the villagers gather outside the church, dressed for Leyla's funeral, just as Sarah prepares herself to read the result of the pregnancy test.
Later, Sarah struggles with the positive pregnancy test alone. Will she tell Jacob?
