Jake Wood's Pound for Pound Podcast to Tour

Today it has been announced that Jake Wood and Spencer Oliver will be touring the UK with a spin-off of their hit podcast Pound for Pound.

Pound for Pound: The Live Show is the first ever live tour from EastEnders actor Jake Wood and his best mate, ex European Super Bantamweight Champion Spencer Oliver, which is a spin-off of their chart-topping podcast.
Beginning at the Old Town Hall, High Wycombe on 19th January 2019 and concluding at London’s historic York Hall on 22nd February 2019, Pound for Pound: The Live Show will take in an initial 14 dates.
It promises to be a hilarious, no holds barred evening as Jake and Spencer recall some of the most memorable fights from the recent history of boxing, discuss the current headlines and biggest controversies of the sport, and tell never before heard tales from the unpredictable world of boxing.
There'll be special guests, games that put boxing fans to the test and insider stories on some of the stars they have hosted on their podcast including Chris Eubank, Eddie Hearn, Tony Bellew, Gary Lineker, Piers Morgan, Barry McGuigan, Tyson Fury & Ray Winstone.
Pound for Pound launched in January 2018 and each week Jake and Spencer are joined in the studio by top sporting names and celebrity boxing fans. It was the number two Sports Podcast within one week of launching and receives over 20,000 downloads every week and the show regularly tops the Apple Podcast charts having attracted a loyal following. Aside from EastEnders, Jake Wood was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing in 2014 and has appeared in Silent Witness, Golden Hour, Uncle Adolf, Grease Monkeys, Lenny Blue, Doc Martin, Red Dwarf, A Touch of Frost and Casualty.
Spencer Oliver, nicknamed ‘The Omen’, won the European Super Bantamweight Championships in May 1997, holding onto the title for a year and defending it on three occasions and is now an analyst for Sky Sports Boxing.
