In the aftermath of her sexy interlude with Clint, Jane is reinvigorated and on a high, suggests a family lunch with her nearest and dearest. Leaving them puzzled by her sudden lift in mood.
Crossing paths with Clint in the school, Jane thrills at the electricity between them, already imagining their next meet up. But her joy is short-lived when she hears Terese has had noise complaints from Eirini residents regarding the vacant apartment Jane and Clint used as their love nest.
When Aaron puts the puzzle pieces together, and realises what's put the new pep in her step, Jane's thrown and swears him to secrect, fearing the ramifications if word got out about her steamy new affair. It's clear that Jane’s going to struggle to keep her passion for Clint under wraps.
Later on in the week, Jane's plans for a girls’ night in with Sam are interrupted when she receives a flirty message from Clint inviting her to visit him at Eirini. Darting out, Jane surprises Clint in the store room.
After indulging in some late-night romance in the vacant apartment 304, Clint walks Jane to her car and they narrowly miss bumping into school student Jasmine, who is exiting Eirini on her own secretive late-night mission.
When she comes home, Jane wrestles with her guilt when Sam calls her out for her lateness, which only increases the next day when it is revealed that the store room at Eirini was left unlocked, allowing a thief the opportunity to steal expensive organic cleaning products.
As Terese puzzles over this latest theft, Andrew prepares an investigation and Jane and Clint vow to find a new location for their interludes, lest their distraction result in further trouble, for Eirini or themselves.
When a condom is discovered in the unit they've been using for sex at Eirini Rising, Jane and Clint are both mortified.
As the residents try to figure out who the culprit is, Jane insists they find a new meeting place. But where?
