When Ross traps him inside a barn, will Joe be OK?

With Noah’s drugging still a mystery as he can’t remember anything, Kim checks her surveillance on Joe. But when a visitor arrives and suspicions are laid out, Kim remains adamant that Joe is innocent.
However, a seed of doubt has been planted and soon, after luring Joe into a false sense of security, Kim tells Lydia she needs a spy, nominating a bemused Lydia for the job.
As Kim reiterates her desire to discover Joe’s secret, Dawn enters and Kim is unaware that one of his secrets is staring her right in the face.
After Noah has a potentially incriminating flashback to the night of the limo crash, a dizzy spell washes over Joe and Ross grabs and threatens him..
Having taken him to a barn, Ross threatens Joe and soon trapped and alone in the barn, Joe’s condition worsens.
