But will Sebastian outsmart him to get what he wants?

Seeing an opportunity to spend quality time with Krista, Sebastian attempts to cheer her up after the drama of the Lights Up event and suggests spending the day together. But he's left disappointed when she chooses a picnic with Leo and Abigail over him.
Spying on the newly-forming family, Sebastian attempts to wedge himself between them by asking for Krista’s help with a work task. But when she again chooses an opportunity to be with Leo.
Hurt and incredibly determined, Sebastian decides to take more drastic action, sending off an SOS text to Krista at the same time as he grits his teeth and bears through the pain of deliberately hurting his injured shoulder.
As Sebastian worries that his latest 'accident' might affect his job at the cafe, Krista, Abby and Leo check on him and as Krista showers Seb with attention, Leo is left feeling on the outer.
At the hospital, Sebastian pushes Leo to spend time with Abby so he can have Krista all to himself. Taking advantage of Krista’s support, he explains how he thinks she’s a touchstone person in his life. But fears with her getting married, she won’t have time for him anymore.
When Krista assures him she will, it's music to his ears and Leo is frustrated when Krista bails on further plans she’s made with him and Abby. But his focus is hijacked by a parking fine Nicolette has from Melbourne Airport the day Yaz fled.
When Leo becomes increasingly convinced that Seb will continue to negatively impact his relationship, he makes a proposition to Nicolette. He won’t tell anyone she helped Yaz flee if she does something in return... sack Seb.
With Leo’s assurance that he’ll hold up his end of their deal, Nicolette does what he’s asked and fires Sebastian from Harold’s. Initially, Sebastian isn’t too fussed about losing his job, but it quickly becomes apparent to him that Leo might be pulling some strings.
When speaking with Krista and Leo, Leo suggests he should focus on his next steps, possibly a returns to university in Sydney. Krista agrees but Sebastian isn’t convinced and when he catches Nicolette in a furtive conversation with Leo, his suspicions of foul play are piqued even further.
However, Leo is thrown when he’s reminded that the anniversary of David’s death is fast approaching. Forced to face his repressed grief, Leo and Nicolette wonder what advice David would offer them now, were he still here.
