As he faces prison time, will Leo let Krista back in?

5-11 APRIL
Attending a meeting with Leo and his barrister, Byron is welcomed to the legal team as a volunteer assistant. With a court date set for two months’ time, they will need to sink plentiful resources into Leo’s defence strategy.
Finding it hard to be around Krista, Leo suggests she doesn’t need to stick around during a meeting with his barrister, leaving her feeling rejected. However, Krista is determined to support Leo.
When a booking is cancelled last-minute at Yorokobi, due to rumours about him, Leo asks Byron to take on the bulk of Yorokobi matters and be the face of the business. And Byron assures that Leo can count on him.
No matter how much Leo shuts her out, Krista is determined not to give up on him and eventually, her persistence pays off and the couple have an honest conversation about their current situation.
With the threat of prison looming over him, Leo's unsure about his future, but Krista is determined to stand by him and all she asks is they go back to trying to work on them. Leo agrees, taking a step in the right direction.
However, when Leo later announces to his family that they need to start planning for the worst possible outcome, him being sentenced to time in prison, Krista is appalled, and Paul struggles to contain his turmoil, lashing out at both Detective Rafe and Darcy when they come within range.
When Rafe later informs Leo that the magistrate assigned to his case is notoriously tough, he becomes fearful.
