But can Rex win Lucas over?

When Ste wakes up to find Rex looking after Clara and James, he tells him he’s grateful for his help but doesn’t need him to be his nurse. But Rex admits he finds it hard to stay away from him.
On a walk, the two men open up about their feelings and struggles.
Meanwhile, Lucas tells Dillon he wants nothing to do with him or Rex. And when Dillon hands her a package that Rex tasked him to deliver, Grace advises him to stay under the radar after seeing him showing off in his new car.
With dad and son at odds, Ste tries to figure out why Lucas turned to drugs and he tells Ste that he thinks Rex is trouble. And Rex offers to go smooth things over with Lucas.
Finding himself stuck in the middle, Lucas is unable to admit the truth to anyone to protect Dillon. After a taste of family life, Rex promises Lucas he’ll walk away from Ste if he ever makes him unhappy,
