But will his actions be enough? And how can Darcy help?

5-11 APRIL
As the party winds down, a smitten Paul watches over Thomas as he falls asleep, deciding it’s a good time to make his departure.
Bemused by Terese’s lack of contact, Paul is surprised to find her already back at the Penthouse. Opting at first not to reveal her fleeting presence at the party, Terese eventually comes clean to Paul, admitting how confronting the sight of Paul, Chelsea and Thomas together as a family was for her.
Feeling guilty, Paul does his best to allay Terese’s insecurities and, eager to make things easier for her and himself, suggests she bond more with Thomas. Terese agrees to try it, and Paul convinces Chelsea to allow Thomas to have a sleepover with him and Terese that night.
However, things quickly go awry, when Thomas becomes feverish and inconsolable, forcing Paul to call Chelsea to come to the rescue. And Terese’s growing feeling of being an outsider to the new family is compounded when Chelsea weasels a photo of herself, Thomas and Paul into the Penthouse.
When Nell returns home from Big Kev’s funeral, Terese takes the time to check in with her, given all the recent upheaval. Although sad, Nell is glad for Terese’s support, but when JJ checks in with her, she makes a quick exit, leaving him feeling uneasy.
Later, Paul’s fury at Darcy continues when he urges Chelsea to steer clear of the tarnished doctor. But Chelsea’s ability to talk Paul down from his hardened fury leaves Terese uncomfortable and the dynamic between them has her feeling on the outer.
Picking up on this, Darcy once again pitches that he job share with Karl, adding that if Terese helps him out, he can also give her a hand with her problem... Chelsea. Thrown by this unexpected offer, will Terese take him up on it?
Neighbours continues Mondays to Thursdays on Prime Video
