Sadie has enough of her parents' marriage dramas and moves in with Byron and Nicolette in Neighbours

But is Byron ready for such a big relationship step?

 19-25 OCTOBER

Love is in the air as Erinsborough gathers for the outrageous charity Boylesque event and Sadie’s equal parts thrilled and appalled as Wendy and Andrew’s romance is enthusiastically and publicly, rekindled.

Folowing Andrew’s saucy Boylesque performance for Wendy, the couple’s physical and emotional relationship seems to be back on track, and no-one could be happier than Sadie. But when Andrew ignores his daughter's advice about a questionable birthday surprise for Wendy, and Wendy ignores her warning about reacting graciously to the surprise, the couple are back to bickering.

Fed up with her parents’ on-again off-again emotional rollercoaster, Sadie declares she’s moving out.

When a raging Sadie shows up on Byron’s doorstep, the Stone siblings are stunned when she reveals she’s moving in with them to escape her parents' marriage dramas.

While Sadie quickly settles in, Byron’s put in an awkward spot as he loves her, but doesn’t want to take such a big relationship step simply because Sadie wants to punish Wendy and Andrew.

After Nicolette urges her brother to be honest, his first attempt doesn’t go down well as he offends Sadie. Eventually, the couple get back on the same page, with Byron assuring he

sees a big future for them. But Sadie agrees it’s for the best if she stays living in the Rodwell house for now.

Stunned by Sadie’s reaction to their latest blow up, Wendy’s determined to put things right and Andrew worries that the birthday debacle is just one more sign his judgement is suspect.

With his confidence shot, even the news that he can head back to work doesn’t cheer him up. But Wendy assures him he’s still the only one she wants by her side in a crisis. Showing a united front, they go to see Sadie and promise all is well again. But Sadie’s heard that before, and in a snap decision she declares she doesn’t believe them and therefore won’t return.

Secretly, Sadie reassures Byron she will move back in with her parents, but for the next couple of weeks she wants to use her absence to motivate them to get their act

together.

When Byron readily agrees to facilitate this ruse, Nicolette’s happy to play along as well.
