With the realisation that it’s nearly Halloween, and that her time in the Share House is short-term, Sadie begs Byron and Nicolette to let her host Halloween party.
When they tell her they’re both working Halloween night, Sadie has the ingenious idea to host a day party, a Sun-up Spooktacular, and will invite all the neighbours and everyone can show up in their ghoulish best.
Their initialr worry is how Vera will react to the noise, but then come up with a solution... to invite her along and it ends up being a day of fun and frivolity.
Aaron is uncomfortable to see Rhett and confides in Nicolette that Rhett lied about why he was at the open house, which menas he can't trust him.
Later, a drunken Vera suggests she’s had such a blast at the party that they should make it more permanent and she should move in. However, Byron and Nicolette aren’t on board and Vera confides she’s about to be homeless as Rhett sold her house for her.
On hearing this, Aaron realises that Rhett lied to keep Vera’s confidence rather than for some nefarious purpose and the men make peace. But now that the housemates know Vera has nowhere to live, what will they do?
