What will watching Bianca's confession prove?

Lauren goes to see Sonia to voice her concerns about Bianca’s ‘confession’, saying she knows Sonia also doubts that Bianca killed Debbie.
Across the Square, Sonia admits to Lauren that she thinks Bianca only confessed to save her and begs Jack to get her a copy of Bianca’s confession. But asks him not to tell Reiss she’s going to watch it.
When Reiss shows her his plans to turn the middle room into a playroom for the baby, Sonia feigns excitement, before collecting the footage of Bianca’s confession from Jack.
As Sonia readies herself to watch it secretly, Reiss catches her about to press ‘play’. When she insists she’s watching Bianca’s confession, Reiss reluctantly agrees to watch it with her. However, Sonia's reaction isn’t one he was expecting.
Later, DI Xiang arrives with news for Sonia. The police have issued a search warrant for Bianca and intend to charge her with murder.
