Leela encourages him to book an appointment with his doctor but he cancels it.
Meanwhile in the hospital, Martha receives the news that her dementia symptoms haven’t worsened as quickly as they’d feared and gives her son Jez lasting power of attorney.
As Jez refuses to listen to Ste’s accusations, he pleads with John Paul to realise Jez is bad news, promising he’ll get proof.
Still thinking Jez is hiding something, Ste searches the allotment and Jez is jumpy as the police search the allotment following a tip off from a suspicious Ste.
Later, Ste finds Jez waiting for him.
