Teddy and Ravi square up to each other as the Panesars plot revenge on the Mitchells in EastEnders

But who will come out on top?

 19-25 OCTOBER

When Nugget catches her texting a mysterious boy, Avani begs him to keep quiet.

Later, Ravi confiscates Avani’s phone and enlists the help of Priya to get into it. But she tells him there’s nothing to worry about as Avani has told her in confidence that she’s going out with Barney.

Deciding not to go through her messages, Ravi later gives it back before she secretly heads off to meet Mason on Edward Road and tells him she is not going to sleep with him, but he tells her to leave and she ends up with a busted lip as a result.

Elsewhere, Ravi and Priya share a charged moment at Walford East before an upset Avani arrives back on the Square where she’s spotted by Ravi. As Avani covers, Ravi is convinced Barney is to blame and decides to teach him a lesson.

Teddy and Ravi come to blows as Ravi decides to make a spectacle of Barney. Racing to the scene, Avani forces Ravi to give up on his plans. And as the police arrive, outside the café, Teddy and Ravi square up to each other.

Later at No.1, Teddy calls Harry with a plan to hit back at Ravi.

The following day at Walford East, the Panesars come to terms with last night’s events and Teddy attempts to make an alienated Barney feel more included in the family.

However his efforts fall flat as Barney makes a decision

Later, Harry is intrigued when he hears Barney on the phone. But he and Teddy are worried by what they discover.

At No 41, The Panesars debate the best way to take their revenge on the Mitchells, but Suki intervenes insisting she doesn’t want to see any more of her family behind bars. And Nish concludes that he and Suki will reach out to Teddy, and the pair meet up with him in the café.

EastEnders continues Mondays to Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One with first look episodes available from 6am on BBC iPlayer
