This week's best telly includes the highly anticipated return of Channel 4's hit show The Piano as well as the return of Sky's The Last of Us and the return of Doctor Who.

Doctor Who is back this week for a brand new series and when robots from outer space kidnap nurse Belinda Chandra, played by Varada Sethu, the Doctor, played by Ncuti Gatwa, embarks on an epic intergalactic quest to get his new friend back home to Earth in The Robot Revolution.

Channel 4's hit talent show, The Piano, is back for a third series this week with Claudia Winkleman returning as host alongside mentors Mika and Jon Batiste, who joins this series for the first time.
Together, they'll begin their search for the UK's best amateur pianists and the new series begins at London's Liverpool Street Station, where they discover a talented dinner lady; are blown away by a girl with star power; and are surprised by a tarot card reader. Who will they choose to play at the final concert?

When her 9-year-old daughter Lucia excitedly asks to go on an overnight playdate with her new best friend Josie, Elisa agrees. After meeting Josie’s mother, Rebecca, she’s put at ease by her charming nature and their impressive house. But when she says goodnight to her daughter, she has no idea that she is about to be thrust into every parent’s worst nightmare.

BBC Three's new comedy drama, Just Act Normal, follows stars Chenée Taylor, Kaydrah Walker-Wilkie and Akins Subair as three siblings hiding a terrible family secret, And follow what happens when following their mum's disappearance, Tiana, Tionne, and Tanika are forced to fight to hide the truth from the outside world, in order to stay together as a family.
As Tiana struggles to keep their regular lives afloat, Tionne displaces his grief and Tanika tries to convince her teacher to adopt them, chaos erupts when their mum’s hapless drug dealer, Dr Feelgood, moves in.
Just Ac Normal promises to be an irreverent portrait of black working-class teenage life. A coming-of-age story of sorts. The first times, the f*ck-ups, and the excruciating desire to be more grown up than you’re ready to be. It’s a celebration of black joy, of council estates, and corner shops. Of working-class living and working-class dreams. It is human and tender, with a thumping great heart.
