Winners revealed for the 10th annual I Talk Telly Awards

Coronation Street leads this year's winners with Ant & Dec, EastEnders and Waterloo Road close behind with two awards each.

Back in November the I Talk Telly Awards returned for their 10th year, with almosts 200 nominations and after 200,000 votes were registed it's time to reveal the list of 23 winners.

Since launching in 2015, the I Talk Telly Awards, created by founder Elliot Gonzalez, have now seen almost 2.5 million votes registered, celebrating programmes and talent across Comedy, Drama, Entertainment, Lifestyle and Factual and Soaps.

Entirely voted for by the public, this year, there were big wins for Coronation Street, winning three of the five soap categories, including Best Newcomer for Vicky Myers, Best Soap Performance for Peter Ash and the inaugural Best Soap Villain award which went to Calum Lill for his portrayal of Joel Deering.

But they weren't the only soap to do well, EastEnders took home Best Soap as well as Best Soap Partnership for Balvinder Sopal and Heather Peace. Speaking about the win, Executive producer Chris Clenshaw said "We’re absolutely thrilled to have won Best Soap and Best Soap Partnership at the 10th annual I Talk Telly Awards. I’d like to extend my congratulations to Balvinder Sopal and Heather Peace for their Best Soap Partnership win. Thank you to everyone who has voted for us. We’re extremely grateful and it’s a lovely way to end the year."

Ant & Dec won Best TV Presenting Partnership for the 10th year in a row and after missing out to Graham Norton in 2023, the final series of Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway sees the boys walk away with a Best Entertainment Show win as well.

And rounding off the double winners is Waterloo Road, which was voted Best Returning Drama with Tillie Amartey voted Best Breakthrough for her role as Stacey Neville.

The title of Best Daytime Show returned to This Morning, having lost out to The Repair Shop in 2023 and having lost out to The Great British Bake Off in 2023, Strictly Come Dancing proved popular in their 20th anniversary year as they were voted Best Talent Show. And speaking of Strictly, Amy Dowden won Best Single Documentary for her incredible documentary Strictly Amy: Cancer and Me.

Other winners included Abbott Elementary, Agatha All Along, Baby Reindeer, Brassic, Gogglebox, Ludwig and The Traitors as well as Danny Dyer & Ryan Sampson for Mr Bigstuff, Graham Norton for The Graham Norton Show, Siobhan Finneran for Alma’s Not Normal and Vicky McClure for Trigger Point.
